We will guarantee that we will do everything possible to sell your property in the least amount of time and at the best possible price. In order to gain your confidence that we will help you achieve your goal of getting your property sold, we are committing ourselves to completing the most important aspects of the James B Benjamin marketing plan by the dates specified below:
1) We will submit your property to the Multiple Listing Service by ________.
2) We will submit copies of your listing to our company sales staff for their waiting buyers by ________.
3) We will promote your property at the Real Estate Board meeting for maximum exposure to the other agents in the area by
________.
4) We will develop a list of features and benefits of your property for the cooperating agents to use with their potential buyers
by________. We will deliver copies of these property brochures to you at that time.
5) We will mail a minimum of 100 letters to the surrounding area by ________.
6) We will contact by telephone 300 people in the surrounding area by ________.
7) We will add additional exposure through a professional sign and lock box on your property by ________.

13) We will provide, on an on-going basis, to cooperating brokers, a list of the features and benefits of your property.
14) We will follow-up on all salespeople that have shown your property for their feedback.
15) We will pre-qualify, when possible, all prospective buyers.
16) We will make you completely aware of all of the various methods of financing that your buyer might want to use.
17) We will represent you upon presentation of all contracts by the cooperating brokers and help in negotiating the best
possible price and terms for you.
18) We will assist you in arranging interim financing if necessary.
19) We will handle follow-up and keep you informed of the progress after the contract has been accepted.
20) We will deliver your check to you at closing!
