should REALTORS work for less? Not!

As a Realtor, we work hard to get business and sometimes we work hard with customers and it never works out. As a professional that work on commission this can be challenging at times. The statement "buyers beware" is notice for buyer's to be careful in a real estate transaction. Well "REALTORS beware"  is notice of caution of homesearch.com; the auction firm.   

Homesearch is an auction firm listing properties at unbelievable low start prices. Buyers are attracted to the low price but not aware of the auction process nor terms. More and more banks are contracting with Homesearch.com to sell their foreclosed properties.

Realtor are also not aware on the low commission rate on the listing at homesearch.com. Agent are loosing buyers if they refuse to show the property and the commission rate is nor negotiable. 

As REALTORS we can have the buyer sign a buyer's agreement in advance and include commission terms, show homesearch properties and work extra time with their questionable title company for 1%, or start challenging homesearch commission rate.

We have banned together in the past and we should ban together again.
